The fabulous Mimi Jean Pamfiloff has a new book out called It's a Fugly Life. It's based off the first book, Fugly.
It picks up 6 months after the ending of the first book. Lily Snow has had a rough 6 months. Recovering from a car accident that should of killed her. The once "ugly duckling" is now normal. The accident had left her in very bad shape but the doctors were able to put back together and make her whole. Now only if they could mend a broken heart and then all would be great.
Who knew opening a new store could bring in old ghosts. Apparently not Lily. Max shows up after being MIA 6 months and throws her whole life into a tailspin. He wants her back is prepared to do anything to get back the woman who changed his entire existence. But Max didn't count on Lily starting her new chapter in her life with the one person in the world he despises most Patricio. The sexy Italian actor has been thorn in his side and poor Lily is stuck in the middle.
